3M Adhesive Usage Guidelines First, attach the iron plate to the magnetic area on the back of the light fixture with the adhesive side facing up ensure it is aligned with the magnetic area to prevent it from falling off. Second, peel off the protective film from the doublesided adhesive tape. Third, clean the installation surface and install the light fixture in the desired location press firmly for 10 seconds, such as under cabinets, on stairs, in corridors, on bookshelves, and other locations.
